KPS Glaze will be beautiful alone,
over-lapped with another KPS Glaze or most other brands available. They have specifically been designed to fit KPS Clays,
but work very well with most commercially manufactured clays in the appropriate cone range.
Our cones 5-6 stoneware
and low-fire glaze series are food safe when fired to the recommended cone. None of our glazes (including the Raku
glazes) contain lead, barium or cadmium. Raku is not considered to be a food-safe finished item due to the porous
nature of the clay itself.

KPS Glazes are extensively tested in our teaching studio
and many of our photos are graciously provided to us by our student and teacher population.
If you would like
to have one of your creations voluntarily featured on this web site, please e-mail us a digital photo explaining which
KPS Glazes are used on the piece. We will also need to know how it was fired (electric or gas), what cone and what type of
clay was used. If the photo meets our criteria and shows well we will display it and give you credit. It is acceptible to
have other clays and glazes on the piece, but it must have at least one KPS Glaze. No money, fees or gifts will be offered
for its use by KPS Glaze, just the "fame" of being on the web with us.
